Replace a Title Certificate
Bring these items to a our office:
1) A completed Application for Duplicate Title
*Our representatives will help you identify the required documents for your application. All paperwork will be handled at our office to alleviate any stress.
2) Proof of identity: A New York State Driver License, Learner Permit, or Non-Driver ID card that is current or not expired for more than 2 years can serve as proof of both identity and age. If you don’t have a New York State Driver License, Learner Permit, or Non-Driver ID, you can provide other kinds of proof.
3) Pay DMV and Transaction fees (Don't Hesistate to contact us for a Quote).
Note: When you request a replacement title at a DMV office, you won't receive the replacement title immediately. All title certificates are printed at a secure facility in Albany and are subsequently mailed to the owner.
