 At Union Solutions, we strive to provide our customers with excellent products/services and a satisfying experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

 1. Refund Eligibility: 

•  In the event that Union Solutions LLC is unable to proceed with your transaction following a thorough review of your complete document packet, a full refund may be issued, depending on the situation. The decision to provide a refund rests solely with Union Solutions and is subject to evaluation of the circumstances. Please note that any shipping or processing fees already paid will not be reimbursed. 

2. Refund Process:

• To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at (718) 576-1722 or email us at  dmvservice@unionsolutions.info with your order details.
• Our team will review your request and assess eligibility based on our refund policy.
• If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 3. Non-Refundable: 

•  Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: if you fail to provide us with requested documents, valid insurance, valid driver's license images, a valid title without alterations or damage, or for any other reason beyond our control. This includes cases where you request the cancellation of the transaction, whether before or after we have received your paperwork. 
•  Similarly, refunds will not be issued if we submit your transaction and it cannot be processed due to reasons beyond our control. Such reasons may include, but are not limited to, registration suspensions, insurance lapse violations, toll violations, expired inspections, and more. In such cases, only the fees paid for the DMV will be refunded, minus any processing fees.

 4. Shipping Fees:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return/refund is due to an error on our part.

 6. Changes to Refund Policy: 

• We reserve the right to update or modify our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
